I had <br />this on my list yet to get to you, and here they finally-are for your look-see(the three <br />contracts still in question). PWM is asking if these should also move out there, and I need <br />your answer for these last three. Should they go to PWM with Steve or stay here, and if <br />stay here, who should I now list as the project manager/s? Here are the scanned contract <br />documents, and immediately below is what I see listed in our "contract tracking" online <br />system for review, termination and condition of termination dates. Please let me know if I <br />should change any of the dates and/or termination conditions. <br />1999-00216 E. Bank Bike Path Settlement Agreement with Marist High School- <br />permanent easements and settlement agreement for construction of E. Bank Bike Path. In <br />our contract system it is listed with review date of 6-10-2011, no termination date, and <br />permanent. <br />2002-00248 E. Bank Trail Agreement with KOGAP, PW Pipe, Pape and Peacehealth is <br />permanent easements and property agreements to construct E. Bank Bike Path. Our <br />contract system says review date of 3-1-2010, termination date of 3-1-2013, and "no entry" <br />for "condition of termination". Section 51 Term and Termination (Page 10) of the <br />agreement stipulates a completion date of 3-31-02 or when bikepath is completed, with <br />Section 9.9 Survival listing some articles in agreement surviving the termination of the <br />agreement. No notation in file as to why we have 3-1-2013 listed as term date. <br />2002-00250 E. Bank Bike Path Causeway Construction Agreement With+000AP, PW Pipe <br />and Pape is the property agreement so causeway could be built. We show review date of 3- <br />1-2010, term date of 3-3-30 and permanent.
