I also cannot find any indication that City has billed County as outlined in the TERMS OF AGREEMENT, <br />CITY OBLIGATIONS. A note in our contract file says ODOT was contacted in Feb 2001 and said the contract had <br />been sent to the County. <br />Would you add this to your list of projects that need special handling?
