Can you, without too <br />much bother, determine what date that was? I faxed the executed agreement to you. This project was <br />completed some time ago and the agreement was done after the fact. However, Jenny wanted a provision put <br />into the agreement where the city could bill for any expense they incurred on the project. To my knowledge, the <br />city did not incur any project expenses. I cannot locate a fully <br />signed contract. I also cannot find any indication that City has billed County as outlined in the TERMS <br />OF AGREEMENT, CITY OBLIGATIONS. A note in our contract file says ODOT was contacted in Feb <br />2001 and said the contract had been sent to the County. <br />Would you add this to your list of projects that need special handling? I appreciate your help! <br />
