LTD shall: defend, <br />indemnify and hold PWD harmless from and against any and all claims, <br />actions, damages, liability and expense for injury or damage to person <br />or property arising out of or in any way related to LTD's use of City <br />owned property for purposes of installing and maintaining LTD-bus sto <br />shelter lighting." <br />This language is much simpler than the proposed language which seems to say <br />that LTD will also hold us harmless for City's selling, keeping, maintaining,' usin <br />or disposing of any hazardous substances in or about the Premises. I have <br />no idea what that means or why that's in there so I'm. taking it out.
