'I <br />AGREEMENT CONCERNING OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL TR <br />LANE TRANSIT BUS SERVICE <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of 1984, between <br />LANE TRANSIT DISTRICT (LTD) and THE CITY OF EUGENE, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of Oregon (City). <br />I <br />r <br />A. LTD and the City have jointly planned and constructed a Central Transfer <br />Facility for Lane Transit Bus Service. <br />i <br />B. ORS 190.010 provides that units of local government may enter into 1 <br />- j <br />agreements for the performance of any or all functions and activities <br />i <br />that a party, its officers, or its agents have authority to perform. <br />i <br />C. LTD and the City are desirous of the Central Transfer Facility being j <br />' well maintained and functional. <br />1 <br />AGREEMENTS <br />I.
