AMENDMENT NO. TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2001-00303 <br />_ <br />This Amendment is made to the _Intergovernmental Agreement- Contract dated -July 1, 2000_, between <br />the City of Eugene (City) and _City of Springfield_ (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />-Extend the duration (term) of the contract for five additional years, as provided in the contract <br />with a new term date of June 30, 2010 <br />All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect. <br />CITY OF EUGENE <br />-Dennis M.
