This check represents <br />payment towards the. costs and expenses to construct a new tower and <br />equipment building on the Coburg Hills; as mentioned in paragraph 4.1 of <br />that certain Tower Sublease dated December 21, 1999 between the City of <br />Eugene, and KEZI, Inc. and Ackeriy Group, Inc. <br />Also enclosed is a copy of the fully recorded Memorandum of Lease <br />Agreement dated December 21, 1999, wherein the above mentioned parties <br />have entered into a Tower Sublease on 2.084 acres in tax lot 100, in Section <br />01, Township 17 South, Range 03 West of the Willamette Meridian, in Lane <br />County, Oregon. <br />We will keep in touch during the upcoming site improvements and foll.ow-up <br />on the other commitments as mentioned in the Tower Sublease and <br />Amendment No. 1 of said sublease. <br />Sincerely, <br />Anthony A.
