AGENCY shall be responsible for applying appropriate <br />horticultural practices that promote the health of all trees, <br />sod and vegetation within the ' right of wayon the <br />Barger Avenue to Roosevelt Boulevard Section of Pacific Hwy. <br />West. Gl p <br />0 b DT <br />3. AGENCY shall maintain to an operational level all irrigation <br />equipment installed in the raised medians. <br />4. AGENCY shall be responsible for assuring that ail sidewalk <br />and landscape maintenance on the. Barger Avenue-Roosevelt <br />Boulevard Section occurs in conformance with City Code <br />requirements. <br />5. AGENCY shall maintain free of debris to an operational level <br />all storm sewers, including manholes, catch'`basins,curb inlets, <br />and collector lines within the ODOT right of way inthe Barger <br />Avenue-Roosevelt Blvd. Section of Pacific Hwy. West. <br />6. Agency shall be responsible for surface sweeping and sanding <br />on the Beltline Highway-Roosevelt Blvd. Section of Pacific <br />Highway West. <br />7. Agency shall notify ODOT anytime (except in emergency) when <br />performing work requiring the placement of signs within ODOT <br />right-of-way. <br />ODOT OBLIGATIONS <br />1. ODOT shall be responsible for all roadside maintenance, <br />excluding tree maintenance, on the Beltline Highway'.to Barger <br />Avenue Section of Pacific Highway West. <br />2. ODOT shall maintain the roadway surface within the Beltline <br />Hwy. to Roosevelt Blvd. Section of Pacific Hwy. West. <br />3. ODOT hereby grants Agency the authority to enter onto ODOT <br />right-of-way for the purpose of performing maintenance on ODOT <br />right-of-way. <br />-2- <br />A1394001 <br />
