M. <br />Sec. 29: NWIA <br />Lane County, Oregon <br />Please review the offer, sign and date both copies in the space provided on Bureau Form 2800-14 <br />and return both copies to this office. Upon receipt of the signed permit offer, the Bureau will be able <br />to issue the temporary use permit absent any other unresolved issues. <br />This temporary use permit, and the authority to use the lands described in the document, becomes <br />effective on the date it is signed by an authorized officer of BLM. A copy of the temporary use permit <br />will be returned to you when signed by the authorized officer. <br />This action is being completed in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) <br />under a Categorical Exclusion for a period of three years (2009-2011). A new Categorical Exclusion <br />will need to be issued for 2012 if needed. <br />If you have any questions, please contact Tracy Maahs, realty specialist, at (541) 683-6376.
