I asked Eric to develop the cover memo and routing form to as closely approximate <br />our current process as possible. As explained in the <br />attached cover memo, this grant is being administered completely online by NOAA, so there is no hard copy contract to <br />sign. As a means of communicating the awarding of this contract and to keep our own digital !files, we have created this <br />cover memo and routing form to be consistent with our regular contract procedures. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions.
