Medlin, <br />Parks and Open Space Division Manager <br />From: Jackie Hallett, <br />Volunteer Program Supervisor <br />Subject: 2010 Neighborhood Matching Grant: Floral Hill Trail <br />Enhancement <br />i <br />Attached for your review and signature, are two original Statement of Terms and Condition <br />Agreements for Floral Hill Trail Enhancement at Hendricks's Parks. This project was <br />approved and funded through the City's Neighborhood Services Program and will be <br />implemented by POS Volunteer Program staff. <br />The scope of the project is to improve and enhance the Floral Hill Trail in Hendricks Park. <br />Then enhanced trail will provide all-season access to the park fro neighbors who will enjoy <br />walking side by side along the trail. It will enhance the linkage for residents in the Laurel <br />hill Neighborhood to the ridgeline system. <br />Exhibit B provides a revised budget as approved by City Council. The City's grant match <br />portion is not to exceed $8,337.50. <br />
