This project was <br />approved and funded through the City's Neighborhood Services Program and will be <br />implemented by POS Volunteer Program staff. <br />The scope of the project is to improve and enhance the Floral Hill Trail in Hendricks Park. <br />Then enhanced trail will provide all-season access to the park fro neighbors who will enjoy <br />walking side by side along the trail. It will enhance the linkage for residents in the Laurel <br />hill Neighborhood to the ridgeline system. <br />Exhibit B provides a revised budget as approved by City Council. The City's grant match <br />portion is not to exceed $8,337.50. <br />
