Doll <br />Airport Director <br />Eugene Airport <br />28855 Lockheed Drive <br />Eugene, OR 97402 <br />Dear Mr. Doll: <br />I am writing regarding your notification of the land lease rate increase of <br />3.3%, which we received in your letter of October 29, 2010. <br />1 think your decision for a rate increase Is inconsistent with what your <br />customers are experiencing during these recessionary times and we do not <br />believe this is justified from a market perspective. More importantly, this is <br />poor timing and an unfortunate and further example of government's <br />disconnect with reality during these unprecedented economic times. This is <br />not just about the monies but the principal. <br />know you have been approached by other companies that house their flight <br />departments at Eugene Airport that have stated their displeasure with your <br />decision.
