This lease agreement is the same <br />agreement the City used with the farmer last year with no additional portions of the property <br />withheld from current farming operations. <br />Under this contract extension, Heitzman Farms will pay the City $9,032.50 by November 2008 to <br />farm the site for one year. This will be revenue for the wetlands mitigation bank. The lease is <br />expected to be renewed annually for the next several years, but acreage may be reduced in <br />each successive years. <br />Please sign the attached copies of the contract and the attached federal forms, and then return <br />them to Kris Aanderud (x4821).
