The attached is a similar amendment for an <br />ownership change. Some things won't be applicable, but we should clarify if the Tax ID# are <br />changing. For item 2 a paragraph that reads that the business under the new name shall be <br />bound by all the contract conditions... <br />We will need to have the new vendor name set up through A /P. Please request A/P to update <br />their information. We will need to liquidate the current PO and create a new one under the <br />new name.
