Customer understands and acknowledges that GPR DATA, LLC reserves the right to stop or postpone work on Customer's project if payments are not made in a timely manner. If collection efforts are required to enforce this agreement, customer will be required to pay all collection costs. If a lawsuit is filed to enforce this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to attorney fees and costs at trial and on appeal. Customer understands and alknowledges that GPR DATA, LLC reserves the right to charge interest, at the rate of 18% per year Compounded monthly in the event that Customer does not fulfill its payment agreement with GPR DATA, LLC.
