Heather I applogize I thought fat you already had our insurance certificates. I will have
them sent out right away. Also as far as the bond is required the only way to establish a
bond is for the design /build and since we are unsure the contract price for that we need to
wait until we know the contract price for the construction which we are not even sure when
that will be.
I will have Dreamland and Mears Design Group's insurance certificates sent to you today. We
need to have an address and whom specifically we are needing to title on it is it just the
City of Eugene?
Thank you,
Danyel Scott
Dreamland Skateparks
On Tue, 27 Oct 2009 17:01 -0700, "NELSON Heather V
< Heather .K.Nelson @ci.eugene.or.us> wrote:
> Danyel,
> I am writing regarding City of Eugene contract #2009 -05340
> Build /Design of City Center Skate Park.
