Mark E. Lawrence m.lawrence @piculellgroup.com
4820 S.W. Scholls Ferry Road Portland, OR 97225 Office (503) 292 -8678 Fax (503) 292 -5416 Eugene (541) 342 -8444
Tuesday, April 2, 2007
Brian Elliott
City of Eugene Public Works Parks and Open Spaces
1820 Roosevelt
Eugene, OR 974
Re: Braewood HOA/City Maintenance
Agreement
Brian,
Enclosed please find the City Property and Right of Way Maintenance and Use Agreement for
lot 1 in Braewood West, signed and notarized by the developers and the Braewood Homeowners
Association. We would like to begin construction of these improvements within the next two
weeks. Do you think the City will have signed the agreement by then?
I'd also like to point out that the street trees the City planted in the planter strip in the public right
of way are under a separate contract with the City. That contract being #04 -05310 dated July 15,
2003.
We appreciate your help and the City's help in working through this process with us. We feel
these improvements will be a welcome and beautiful addition to the neighborhood. I have
personally talked to dozens of Braewood residents over the past few years and the topic of the
entry landscaping always comes up. I'm sure everyone will be quite pleased with the new look.
Kindest regards,
Mark Lawrence
