AMENDMENT NO. #I TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2007 - 05302 <br />This Amendment is made to the Cooperative Agreement dated 7/20/2006, between the City of Eugene <br />(City) and the Long Tom Watershed Council (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />The Amendment continues the cooperative agreement and amends the "Work" as set forth in <br />amended Exhibits A, B and C, which are attached an made a part of the agreement. <br />Section 7. b. (iii) is amended to require a final report by 30, 2008 on the results and <br />condition of the work, including observations on the design of the work, maintenance performed <br />and its cost. <br />Section 11. is amended to require the work to be performed under this Cooperative Agreement <br />shall being on or about July 1, 2007, and is expected to be completed on June 30, 2008. <br />All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect. <br />CITY OF EUGENE <br />Johnny R.
