Our annual contract is for <br />$58,000. The first quarter bill was for 14,978.40; the second quarter bill was for 17,632.80; and our third quarter bill <br />was for 10,656.00. That left a balance of $14,732.80 for the fourth quarter. We were just'billed $19,814.40 for the <br />fourth quarter which is just over $5.000 more than our contract allows. <br />I need to discuss this with you to see if this is correct and if so, how it happened and what we need to do to remedy this. <br />Thanks, <br />John <br />2 <br />
