She said that we can extend the contract and dollar amount 6n this <br />contract by amendment, but also increase the amount of the contract by change order if others want to use the contract or <br />you want to exceed the $50,000 for FY 07. <br />I have change order forms here at my desk and will put one in your box so that you have one to review. The change order <br />is then sent to purchasing to increase the amount of the Purchase Order we put online. <br />Attached is the draft Amendment #2 and Routing Form for your review. I will put a note on my calendar to get a requisition <br />started on 7/1/06 so that the funds will be appropriated from the next fiscal year. I know thatyou also have to prepare the <br />Memo for Johnny /Kurt/Dennis before it is processed here at the City. However, with your approval, I can get this sent out <br />the Lane County Youth Services today or tomorrow.
