AMENDMENT NO. 4 <br />• <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2005 - 05301 <br />This Amendment is made to the Youth Work Crews Contract dated 07/01/2004, between the <br />City of Eugene (City) and Lane County Youth Services. <br />City and Lane County Youth Services mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as <br />follows: <br />This agreement shall be extended through June 30, 2012. <br />Annually, prior to July 1 of each year, the County shall provide in writing an updated <br />proposal which shall include the rate per hour for youth and for supervisors, as well as a <br />recommendation for crew size, work hours and scheduling. This annual proposal shall <br />be accepted in writing by the contract manager. <br />All work shall be assigned by the City, subject to funding availability and need for <br />services. The City shall set the time for completion of each project and shall accept each <br />project upon completion. <br />The total for services shall not exceed $58,000 annually. <br />All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect. <br />CITY OF EUGENE <br />Angel L.
