She is away from her phone the rest of the day. I suggested we go ahead with the year <br />amendment she attached and suggested next spring to pursue the 5 year contract. <br />I will update our routing form and John, your cover memo to Johnny will need to reflect 1 year amendment with <br />the $8,000 increase for the total of $58,000 dedicated for this year. She did not get a chance to run it by you. They would like to make the contract for a 5 year <br />period with the option of processing an amendment if needed for any rate changes'by you. We can review the <br />contract each spring and If there are no changes, we don't need to process this annually. <br />She drafted one of our amendments. Take a look and let me what you think. It comes from a <br />different pot of money for the City. Pat, it should be listed as additional revenue from the City, separate from the contract. <br />Thus, I have removed that $6000 from the contract. <br />Second, John would like to add about $8000 to the contract for this year's work so that we can bring services back up to <br />every weekend. The $8000 will create the ability for us to do an average of 104 days again. <br />Here is the latest amendment. Cela, if you could process this one, I think we are on track. <br />Again, if you have any questions, I will be back on 7/30, but Pat and Matt will be here next week.
