I know that sometimes this step in lease /contract management is overlooked. But on a property <br />like the BMX track, it would be good to make sure that Emerald Valley is keeping up with the terms of the <br />lease and has updated liability insurance that names the City as an additional insured. <br />Not really. a lease renewal issue, but one that we can raise now as part of the renewal process, ie, if they want <br />us to sign the renewal, provide us with current insurance certificates... <br />Ross <br />Ross M.
