Date: Term Date:
R
Description of contract/agreement The Cities of Eugene and Springfield,: and Lane County. are
partnering as "Local Sponsors" on a Corps of Engineers Feasiblity Studyto identify projects to improve;
restore or enhance local water features (e.g. rivers, streams, ditches,:wetlands) in the metro area.... The
overall cost sharing agreement is established by the Corps Feasiblity Cost Share Agreement ( "FCSA ",
#2004 - 00218), which obligates the Local Sponsors to 50% of the total Study, cost. There is no distinction in
the FCSA between the three local partners, therefore a separate intergovernmental agreement is needed to
describe more specifically the obligations of each of the three local partners in meeting the overall
obligations described in the FCSA. This contract ( #2004 - 00217) describes specifically how the three local
governments will work together to establish the schedules, budgets and responsiblities of each party for the
implementation of the Study and to meet the obligations described in the FCSA.
Budget Information: Requisition #
Contract Total: $ P.O. #
Authorization Name:
Account Code:
Account Code:
Account Code:
Amount:
Amount:
Account Code: Amount:
Account Code: Amount:
C: \WINNT\Profiles \cewemtw \Temporary Internet Fil es\ OLK5\RoutingForm2004- 002181.doc
Amount:
