The Oregon Community Foundation is pleased to inform you that a grant in the amount of <br />$2,650 was awarded to the City of Eugene Parks & Open Space Division fromthe The Eugene Veterans <br />Memorial Park Fund of The Oregon Community Foundation. The foundation's board of directors <br />approved this grant April 21, 2008. The grant is for the purchase of five flags for Eugene Parks and Open' <br />Space, as outlined in your e -mail of March 18, 2008. Any other use of funds must have the prior consent of <br />the foundation. Payment is enclosed. <br />Your organization's deposit, negotiation or endorsement of the enclosed check will constitute agreement to <br />use the grant as stated.
