The original agreement, <br />Section 9, references payable annually on or before the last day of January <br />for the calendar year immediately preceding. So I guess they were reading <br />that the 2001 payment of $4028 wouldn't be due until Jan..of 2002. '1 do see <br />a new Agreement, and it says payment is annually on the 1 st of Maya I'm not <br />lure how you want to handle -the 2001 payment. <br />Please let me know if you see that the 2001 payment is due now. We will <br />continue to check on the 1007.00 payment. <br />I appologize for the delay. The checks requests are sent to AT &T NJ and <br />then to Orlando, FL.
