Duties and Rights of 44 School District <br />A) 44 agrees to provide the following seMces to Client and the students under ncc <br />supervision of the Client including: <br />1) Timely payment of wages through 4 -J's payroll. <br />2) Proper administration and payment of applicable federal, state, and local innome <br />tax withholding. <br />3) Proper administration and payment of worker's compensation premiums. <br />4) Completion and maintenance of all payroll records, with the exception of the actual <br />hours worked which must be verified by the client. Time card copies will be <br />supplied. <br />S) Screening new tares in accordance with Clients employee policies- <br />6) 44 agrees to rel-wse, defend, indemnify and hold Cfirmt harmless from any <br />wrongful or negligent act of 44 or any wflWul failure of 4 -1 to act in the <br />performance of its duties. <br />II Duties and Rights of Client <br />1) Client will be responsible for the training and supervision of students and shall <br />determine the general procedures to be followed within the guidelines of the <br />provided job descriptions. <br />2) Client has the right to request the removal of assigned students upon good cause <br />and reasonable notice_ <br />3) Client agrees to verify the accuracy of time cards for reporting wages. <br />4) Client shall provide a safe and healthful work environment, free of recognized <br />hazards and will comply with all safety, health, and world environment laws, <br />regulations, and ordinances.
