A copy of your letter to the <br />City Manager requesting copies of MOA's between the City and BLM, Corps, EPA, DEQ & DSL concerning <br />wetlands, was forwarded to our office. (See attached copy of your letter.) <br />There are several agreements that you may be interested in reviewing: <br />• Contract No. 1998- 00240; Memorandum of Agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers for <br />modification of the Amazon Creek Flood Control Channel, 1135 Project, Amazon Creek Wetlands <br />Restoration. It is 30 pages in length. <br />• Contract No. 1995- 00266; Memorandum of Agreement between U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. <br />Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Oregon Department of <br />Environmental Quality, Oregon Division, U.S. Bureau of Land Management and City of Eugene. It <br />establishes a comprehensive Mitigation Banking Program to implement the West Eugene Wetlands <br />Plan, and is 32 pages in length, including the Appendices. <br />• Contract No. 1995- 00282; Memorandum of Agreement between City of Eugene, Bureau of Land <br />Management and the Nature Conservancy establishing the partnership of the Wetland Executive <br />Team (WET). It concerns the land management of the West Eugene Wetlands; 15 pages. <br />Contract No. 1995- 00331; Memorandum of Agreement between the Wetland Executive Team <br />• (B.L.M�., Nature Conservancy and City of Eugene); 14 pages. <br />The City of Eugene charges for copies; the first five pages are free and each page thereafter is $.25 per page. <br />You may schedule an appointment with the City Recorder's Office to review these agreements or may <br />purchase copies.
