As long as something gets recorded with the County that would come up in a title search, I would be fine with it. Also, if you want to work with Carrie to do a JE, I would be fine with having those expenses paid from our funds. Most of these say that they must be recorded. Well guys you have really hit my budget. These things cost about $200 each to record. In June we paid out $1160 to record them. Some of the other permits and agreements we record (Planned Unit Development for example) have only a notice recorded that references the agreement and says that the actual agreement can be found in the City Recorder's Office. Would you consider doing this rather than recording the whole agreement? In the same vein, I have one here that does not say to record. 98- 00426... Kenneth Kokkeler ... should this be recorded?
