ASSIGNMENT OF CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT <br />Walter Custom Homes LLC, the undersigned, assigns and irrevocably transfers to the <br />City of Eugene ( "City ") certificate of deposit # I Q 1 in the amount of <br />$27,547.28 in conjunction with the requirements of the Street Tree Plan Agreement <br />between City and Walter Custom Homes LLC that member signed on <br />- 4 -a' - a O(3 Ip for the Delta Meadows Subdivision # SF 04 -6 and <br />does hereby irrevocably constitute and appoint Siuslaw Bank as attorney to pay the <br />principal and interest at maturity to City. Upon the maturity date and without further <br />instructions, all certificate of deposit funds shall be wired to US Bank, ABA 123000220, <br />for credit to the City account #153600318601.
