This insurance "shall protect the City and <br />Developer against claims of third parties." "Developer shall deliver to (the) City <br />certificates of coverage from each insurer containing a stipulation that coverage will not <br />be canceled or diminished without a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice to City. " <br />The certificate of insurance you provided the City has expired. We have attempted to <br />contact the insurance carrier and have been told that you no longer hold insurance <br />coverage with this provider.
