This insurance "I protect the City and <br />Developer against claims of third parties." "Developer shall deliver. to (the) City <br />certificates of coverage from each insurer containing a stipulation that coverage will not <br />be canceled or diminished without a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice to City. " <br />PARKS AND OPEN SPACE PLANNING <br />You provided the City with a certificate of insurance when the contract was first <br />executed. However, we have not received'an updated certificate of insurance since that <br />PARKS MAINTENANCE �' time. Please request that a current, certificate of insurance be .forwarded to the City of <br />Eugene. Please ask your insurance provider to reference both the contract number and <br />URBAN FOR development referenced above and to name the City as the certificate holder.
