This insurance "shall protect the City and <br />Developer against claims of third parties." "Developer shall deliver to (the) City <br />certificates of coverage from each insurer containing a stipulation that coverage will not <br />be canceled or diminished without a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice to City. " <br />You provided the City with a certificate of insurance when each of these contracts was <br />first executed. However, we have not received updated certificates of insurance since <br />that time. Please request that current certificates of insurance be forwarded to the City <br />of Eugene. Please ask your insurance provider to reference both the contract number <br />and development referenced above and to name the City as the certificate holder.
