This insurance "shall protect the City and
Developer against claims of third parties." "Developer shall deliver to (the) City
certificates of coverage from each insurer containing a stipulation that coverage will not
be canceled or diminished without a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice to City. "
You provided the City with a certificate of insurance when each of these contracts was
first executed. However, we have not received updated certificates of insurance since
that time. Please request that current certificates of insurance be forwarded to the City
of Eugene. Please ask your insurance provider to reference both the contract number
and development referenced above and to name the City as the certificate holder. The
certificate of insurance may be sent to 1820 Roosevelt Blvd., Eugene OR 97402 or may
be faxed directly to 541 - 682 -4882.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this request.
Sincerely,
Kris Aanderud
Contract Administrator
Public Works, Parks and Open Space
City of Eugene
EUGENE
