We are pleased that we are able to enter into this agreement for the full range of services for street trees. In response to your inquiry regarding the City's requirement for a performance and payment bond, the City is willing to reduce the bonding requirement for the consolidated agreements to $11,250. This is a 25% reduction in the bonding requirement. This reduction is based on the uuntr work anti pat d to e done during the term of the extension, and in part, on the rel iable and professional services you have provided thus far, as well as the recommendation of Tree Maintenance personnel. For your convenience, a copy of this letter is being forwarded to your bonding company. We are in receipt of a Continuation Certificate in the amount of $16,000.
