Two line items are being changed to address this
change:
#3 previously stated: Following each game, the University will contact Lane County
Youth Services to clean litter, debris, and trash from all identified areas of post -game
impact shown on the map. The work will typically be scheduled for the Sunday
following each game.
#5 previously stated: The City will schedule and coordinate the work by Lane County
Youth Services. The University will instruct Lane County Youth Services to bill the
University directly for all post game and/or special event clean-up for which the
University is responsible.
The revised language to #3 and 45 removes Lane County Youth Services from the
contract language and focuses on the desired outcome.
If you have any questions regarding further details of this contract, fell free to contact
me directly (x4826). Thank you for your attention to this contract amendment,
