minimus value of $1,000 to all 3 parcels and recommend that if the County decides to relinquish these to the City, that all
3 parcels be deeded.

As to the lot on Terry Street, shown as 17-04-17-14, TL 300 on the attached aerial and which was part of an earlier
conversation with someone from the City for bike path purposes, Jon did some research and found that this parcel was
dedicated to the City of Eugene as a part of the 1979 Maywood Subdivision plat. In 1987, the County foreclosed on the
owner and it appears it has remained in County ownership and is one of Jeff Turk's parcels. I am unsure if the City would
need to do anything to use this parcel, but would guess that Jeff would be happy to relinquish fee at their request, and
probably for a similar minimal value, if, from my point of view, any at all.

Once we have a specific request from the City on the parcels that the Road Fund owns, I will be pleased to proceed with
drafting of the Board Order.

<< File: ATTACHMENT 1.doc >>

Doug Freeman

Senior Real Property Officer
Lane County Public Works
3040 N.
