AMENDMENT NO. TEN To <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2000 - 00353 <br />This Amendment is made to the Intergovernmental Agreement Contract dated July 30, 1999, <br />between the City of Eugene (City) and McKenzie Watershed Alliance (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br />follows: <br />City and McKenzie Watershed Alliance mutually agree to amend and extend the contract <br />referenced above as follows: <br />• City will contribute $10,000 to fund tasks for the integrated watershed program for the <br />McKenzie River for the period of July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. <br />• McKenzie Watershed Alliance will contract for coordinator services to the McKenzie <br />Watershed Council through June 30, 2011. <br />• Option to extend term: if the parties agree by formal amendment, the term of this <br />agreement maybe extended if funds are available and opportunities reasonably <br />warrant.
