AMENDMENT NO. 9 TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2002-00326 <br />This Amendment is made to the Exchange of Services Contract dated September 10, <br />2001, between the City of Eugene (City) and Bethel School District (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br />follows: <br />1) Agency shall commence its performance on September 6, 2010, <br />and shall complete its performance prior to June 3, 2011. <br />2) The City will budget for program costs and determine maximum <br />compensation available to the Bethel School District based on <br />adopted budget resources. For the school year ending June 2011, <br />that amount is $16,000 (sixteen thousand dollars). <br />3) Compensation to the Bethel School District will be made upon its <br />submittal of an annual report to the City by June 10, 2011, and an <br />invoice for delivery of the SPLASH program. <br />4) Water quality curriculum includes elementary through high school <br />levels. <br />All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect. . <br />CITY OF EUGENE <br />C~ <br />v ~ <br />RZ7t Corey P.
