1. Reduce the amount of pavement around the field. Maintain adequate separation between the turf and <br />the natural grass, provide a vehicle circulation route around the field, and provide space for bleachers <br />and portable toilets. <br />2. Reduce the extent of retaining walls at Spencer Butte. Provide adequate area for the field and adequate <br />slope for mowing. <br />3. Evaluate storm drainage options at Spencer Butte that address other deficiencies at the site. <br />4.
