PIVOT Architecture to develop RFP for the selection of the synthetic turf system. The RFP to be <br />based on the document prepared for the Cal Young and Madison projects in 2006. <br />2. It is assumed in this proposal that the procurement and installation of the turf will be separate from <br />the primary package. <br />CD Phase, Lighting Selection <br />1: Systems West to develop bid documents for the installation of the field lights. Power and conduit to <br />the light locations to be included in the primary package. This work to include the li ghts, controls, <br />and bases. <br />2. It is assumed in this proposal that the selected system will be incorporated into the work of the <br />primary project. <br />Bidding Phase, Primary Package <br />1. Typical bidding and permit application services described in the primary agreement. <br />Procurement Phase, Synthetic Turf Selection <br />1. PIVOT Architecture to assist 4j with proposal process, including leading pre-proposal meeting, <br />preparation of addenda, and evaluation of proposals. <br />2. PIVOT to prepare construction contract based on 4j standards. <br />Procurement Phase, Lighting Selection <br />1. Systems West to assist 4j with proposal process, including leading pre- proposal meeting, preparation <br />of addenda, and evaluation of proposals. <br />Construction Admin Phase, Primary Package <br />1. Typical construction administration services described in the primary agreement. <br />2. Construction is assumed to proceed for 4 months (April through July). <br />3. This proposal assumes the same General Contractor for both sites of the primary package. <br />Construction Admire Phase, Synthetic Turf <br />1. Typical construction administration services described in the primary agreement. <br />Reimbursable <br />1.
