Traffic will be shifted into narrow lanes on the south half of <br />the street, and the north half of the intersections of Cleveland, Arthur, Garfield, Hayes and Grant <br />streets will be closed to all traffic for one week. <br />th <br />Meanwhile, concrete pavement is being replaced in sections of West 18 east of <br />Chambers under the Westmoreland Park bike bridge. This also requires shifting traffic into <br />narrow lanes. <br />th <br />Throughout the project area, east- and west-bound traffic on 18 Avenue will be <br />maintained, but drivers should expect delays and use alternate routes when possible. Work <br />hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., with an early morning concrete pour anticipated on Wednesday or <br />Thursday.
