AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2007-00326 <br />This Amendment is made to the Exchange of Services Contract dated September 10, <br />2001, between the City of Eugene (City) and 4J School District (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br />follows: <br />1) Agency shall commence its performance on September 5, 2008 and shall <br />complete its performance prior to June 18, 2009. <br />2) The City will budget for program costs and determine maximum <br />compensation available to the 4J School District based on adopted budget <br />resources.
