4. The City will have full inquiry access to all parts of the Customer Account <br />Management System pertinent to the billing and collection ofstormwater and wastewater fees. <br />EWEB will process all updates to stormwater and wastewater data based on direction from the <br />City. <br />5. EWEB, at no additional charge, will process the City's requests for rate changes, <br />new reports or queries, or other minor maintenance and enhancements as long as the estimated <br />cost for all work during it calendar year does not exceed ten (10) percent of the total EWE13 <br />budget for such work during that year. The City will also provide reasonable notice of requests <br />for such services. <br />6. EWEB will reserve one billing insert opportunity for the City each calendar year. <br />In addition, EWEB will process additional inserts and bill messages on a space available basis. <br />7. City agrees that it will obtain or use information obtained under paragraph 4 <br />above only for purposes related to the City's utilities.
