AMENDMENT NO. TWO TO <br />Eugene Water & Electric Board Document no. 9295-1 <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 1998-00329 <br />This Amendment is made to the Memorandum of Understanding dated July 28, 1998 and <br />previously amended on June 16, 2003 between the City of Eugene (City) and Eugene <br />Water and Electric Board (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br />follows: <br />1. Extend the agreement for a five (5) year period starting July I, 2008. <br />2. Beginning with the July 1, 2009 calculation, modify the Sewer Billing Fee <br />Calculation Methodology in attachment A to include a calculation applying the <br />established PERS UAL for past service to the unloaded labor costs included <br />elsewhere in the fee calculation. The purpose of this change is to continue to <br />reflect the full cost of allocated labor in the City's calculation and is needed to <br />reflect an accounting change at EWEB. This change is not intended to <br />incorporate new costs nor is it intended to exclude costs previously a part of the <br />calculation. <br />3. Amend Attachment A as attached. <br />All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect. <br />Eugene Water & Electric Board <br />Randy .
