The amendment increases the not-to- <br />exceed value of the contract by $3,000 for follow-up professional services in creating ballot <br />language based upon the findings from the scientific survey of Eugene voters and for presenting <br />the results of the survey to the Eugene City Council on July 28, 2008. <br />As the manager of this contract for the City, I find that these additional services have been <br />completed in a very satisfactory manner, and I will authorize full payment of the additional <br />amount (not to exceed $3,000) upon receipt of an invoice from SRI.
