Importantly these <br />documents include both the original contract amounts along with associated change <br />orders to the projects, which were agreed upon after we received some higher than <br />expected bids. Put together, the cost reductions reflect the amounts agreed upon by <br />Parks Operations, POS Planning and PWE earlier this month for both projects. The <br />change order also moves the required completion date to August 31st, 2010. This <br />will give the contractor about six weeks to complete the work as they will be starting <br />around July 12th. <br />If you have any questions about this please let me know. <br />Thank You. <br />Emily Proudfoot <br />
