NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT OF WETLANDS MITIGATION BANK FEE <br />To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.020 of the <br />Eugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the wetlands <br />mitigation bank fee, which was adopted by Administrative Order No. 58- 08 -10 -F, as follows: <br />Wetlands Mitigation Bank Fee <br />Current Fee $78,920 per credit, plus a 2.5% annual increase. <br />Proposed Fee $58,000 per credit, plus an annual inflationary increase based on the U.S. <br />Consumer Price Index -Urban. The first Inflationary increase on 1 /1 /11. For <br />bulk credit purchases (single purchases of 10 credits or more), the City will <br />discount the per- credit fee by 15 %, provided that, on the date of purchase, the <br />City's Wetland Mitigation Bank has a cash balance totaling, at least, 1.5 years <br />of anticipated capital and operating costs. <br />Comments on the proposed amendment must be submitted in writing to the City <br />Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Room 105, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 days from the date of <br />posting and publication as indicated below. After expiration of the comment period, the City <br />Manager will consider the comments received, and by administrative order, establish the fee as <br />proposed or as modified in response to comments received, provided that any modified fees <br />comply with the provisions of the Eugene Code, 1971. <br />Jon R.
