AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2007-00326 <br />This Amendment is made to the Exchange of Services Contract dated September 10, <br />2001, between the City of Eugene (City) and 4.1 School District (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend and extend the contract referenced above as <br />follows: <br />1) Agency shall commence its performance on September 5, 2007 and shall <br />complete its performance prior to June 18, 2008. <br />2) The City will budget for program costs and determine maximum <br />compensation available to the 4J School District based on adopted budget <br />resources. For the school year ending June 2008, that amount is $40,000 (forty <br />thousand dollars). <br />3) Compensation to the 4J will be made upon its submittal of an annual report to <br />the City by June 6, 2008 and an invoice for delivery of the SPLASH program. <br />4) Water quality curriculum includes elementary through high school levels. <br />All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect. <br />CITY OF EUGENE <br />Ku orey, PE. <br />Director of Public Works <br />Date: 6 02 - / <br />CONTRACTOR <br />Superintendent <br />Date: d <br />
