F. CITY shall permit at all reasonable times inspection <br />and audit by M-719C or its agent of all the administrative and <br />financial records and other information maintained by the CITY <br />with respect to this agreement. CITY agrees to maintain complete <br />records of its costs and activities relative to CITY's performance <br />of this Agreement. CITY shall submit its Monthly Budget Report <br />to MWMC by the 20th of each month following the month which is <br />the subject of the Report. The CITY will also provide additional <br />budget information if requested in a format which is within the <br />informational capability of the CITY and which is acceptable <br />to rB-IMC. <br />II. IN CONSIDERATION for the agreements made herein by <br />CITY and in further consideration of implementing the "Transition <br />Report" agreed upon between the cities of Eugene and Springfield, <br />Lane County and CITY, 1,1WI:C agrees as follows: <br />A. CITY shall receive reimbursement from MW11C for direct <br />expenses, and indirect expenses which shall be consistent with <br />the methodology as set forth in the Sewer Rate Study dated <br />January, 1983, prepared by CH 2P1 Hill Northwest, Inc. and Price- <br />Waterhouse, incurred in the performance of Paragraph I A, B, and <br />C in accordance with the budget adopted each year by 11WMC. <br />B. MW11C shall adopt not later than June 30, 1984, and June <br />30 of each and every year thereafter its annual budget for the <br />succeeding year. <br />C. If by June 30 of any year, an operating budget for MLn1C <br />for the fiscal year commencing on the following July 1 has not <br />been approved, CITY may at its sole discretion, continue to <br />provide administrative support services and charge the City of <br />- I <br />
