AMENDMENT NO. I TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2007-00329 <br />This Amendment is made to the Professional Services Contract for services to be <br />provided September 19 and 20, 2007, between the City of Eugene (City) and Simma <br />Lieberman (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />This Amendment increases the amount to be paid to the Contractor by $1,000.00 for <br />additional training time on September 19 and September 20, 2007. City will also <br />reimburse Contractor for travel expenses not to exceed $ 1,000.00. New contract total is <br />$6,000.00. The new scope of services to be provided is as follows; <br />Contractor shall provide two three-hour sessions and two two-hour sessions on <br />the topic of generational issues. <br />All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect. <br />CITY OF EUGENE <br />AT- C <br />Rebecca A.
